Peter Köppl is one of Austria’s leading public affairs experts with professional experience as a journalist, PR consultant, press spokesman and lobbying manager in industrial companies, chambers, associations and agencies. Peter Köppl is President of the Österreichischen Public Affairs Vereinigung, Mitglied der Strategic Communitiyas well as a specialist author and lecturer. The communication scientist and political scientist (University of Vienna) completed the Graduate School of Political Management in Washington, D.C. in the “Lobbying & Public Affairs” department and the Executive Program “Strategy Beyond Markets” at the Stanford Business School. His passions outside of work include skiing, reading and music.

The HAK graduate from Styria gained professional experience in a law firm and another public affairs agency. She studied journalism and communication sciences at the University of Vienna and has been a keen swimmer and diver for many years.
Mag. Martin Stradal-Angelo
Partner & Senior Advisor
Martin Stradal-Angelo has several years of experience as a consultant in the field of lobbying and public affairs. He was already a senior consultant in his past professional career and previously acted as press spokesman and PR officer for the Vienna University of Economics and Business.
The passionate drummer and bassist worked in the press and media team of the Federal Chancellery during the Austrian EU Council Presidency in 2006. He also gained political communication experience in the campaigns for the “Year of Remembrance and Jubilee” in 2005, EU enlargement in 2004 and the introduction of the euro in 2002. He studied commercial science, plays volleyball and is the father of two children.
Bernhard Zink-Spiel M.A. M.A.

After working in the insurance industry for several years, the trained insurance salesman completed a degree in political science with a focus on state and government activities, political communication and the EU at the University of Vienna and also specialized in public affairs as part of his postgraduate master’s degree in public communication at the University of Vienna.
During his studies, he worked in political and public relations for the Austrian embassy in Berlin and in corporate and public affairs for an international group. Having joined Mastermind in 2015, the native Styrian advises clients from a wide range of industries. The father of two devotes his free time to his family, traveling and sports.
Nico Stella, MIM
Partner & Senior Consultant
After several years in the public affairs sector, the Viennese has joined the Mastermind team as a consultant in 2019. His studies – political science and management in Vienna & Salzburg – have prepared him for working at the interface between politics and business.
During stays abroad in London, St. Gallen, Brussels and the USA, he has acquired a view beyond the Austrian horizon. Away from work, he is often drawn to hiking and skiing in the mountains and traveling abroad.
Marco Redolfi, BSc (WU), M.A.I.S.
Senior Consultant
After gaining professional experience in the private and public sectors, the Salzburg native has found his professional home in the field of public affairs. His bachelor’s degree in international business administration at the Vienna University of Economics and Business Administration and his master’s degree in international studies at the Diplomatic Academy of Vienna form his academic background. Most recently, he was responsible for communications, PR and lobbying for a global FMCG group and has been looking after clients from various industries for Mastermind since 2021.
Marco Redolfi is a passionate amateur chef and delights his partner, his friends and above all his daughter.
Alexander Schelischansky, LL.B. (WU), M.A.I.S.
Consultant
Born in Graz, he has made Vienna his second home since 2015. After a longer stay abroad in North America, Alexander completed a degree in Business Law at the Vienna University of Economics and Business and a Master of Advanced International Studies at the Diplomatic Academy. After gaining professional experience in the legal field, Alexander Schelischansky now works as a consultant at the interface between politics, business and law. In his free time, he likes to spend time in the mountains or on the soccer field.
